CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”

— Brene Brown

I am a licensed psychotherapist offering virtual therapy services to clients ages 16+ living within the Greater Toronto Area.

I work with OCD, anxiety, self-esteem, and body image.

A little bit about me

I’ve always been curious about people- their passions, values, perspectives, and the stories they carry. I spent a short time in media and journalism, which gave me a taste of listening closely and asking questions. But I realized I wanted to do more than tell other people’s stories, I wanted to help people shape their own.

That’s what led me to psychotherapy. Now, I get to work with people in their real, messy, human moments. E.g., when anxiety won’t switch off, the inner critic feels too loud, or self-doubt creeps in. I work with young adults navigating OCD, anxiety, body image struggles, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and perfectionism.

Together, we create a space where you don’t have to perform or prove yourself. We explore patterns that keep you stuck, practice practical tools to manage anxiety, build self-compassion, improve confidence, address self-doubt, and strengthen your relationships with yourself and others. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and somatic tools, all with curiosity, understanding, and a focus on helping you feel more grounded and capable.

For me, therapy is about helping you feel lighter, more confident, and more yourself. My goal is to help you connect with yourself in a way that feels honest, empowering, and a little gentler than life often allows.
